I just got this book as a Christmas gift and I am impressed with the plethora of training information included. And the photos are wonderful! As a dog lover and long time pet owner, I value positive training advice...which is what the author covers in this book. There is also a ton of information on understanding dogs and their body language which is helpful when training. I've been practicing the "Leave It" excercises in the Impulse Control chapter and I've already seen some improvement in my pup who has issues with impulses regarding food. I would definitely recommend this book!

I thought this book was going to be more useful. It's OK, but nothing special. I don't know that I would bother with it.
