This is a good general overview book but not one I would recommend if the person is interested in a particular discipline of K9 sar. Its something to read to see if you are interested in getting involved with K9 sar or a newbie handler but not the book for in-depth knowledge or handler training.

Met Susan Bullanda Several years ago at a NASAR Conference in Richmond, Va . She really impresses you with her down-to-earth approach of teaching and informing . When I saw this book was being revised I knew it had to be another winner . I wasn't disappointed . There is a lot of new material as well as revised older proceedures presented in a very clear and distinct way without bogging you down in too much detail.
